What happens if my review is rejected?

If your review is rejected, you will receive an email with the specific reason. If the reason your review was rejected has been corrected, you may re send your review and ask to have the review reviewed again.

If you submitted multiple reviews that were rejected for reasons that are listed in the rules and policies please do not send multiple requests to be reviewed. It can take up to 72 business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM – 4:00PM Central Standard Time) for us to re-review multiple reviews.

What are the requirements for my review to be approved?

In order for your review to be accepted into PaintballGearReviews, we do have some minimum requirements. These requirements are set in place to make sure we are providing the best quality reviews to visitors. Some of our minimum requirements include:

Your review must be about paintball gear no more than 2 years old. Must have been released in the last 2 years.
Your review must about a paintball marker, air tank, mask, hopper, playing gear or upgrade.
Your review can not be a review of an item already reviewed and listed on Paintball Gear Reviews.com.

How long does it take for my review to be approved?

We normally get all reviews approved within 72 business hours but it could take longer depending on the number of submitted reviews we receive.

How many reviews can I submit with PaintballGearReviews.com?

You may submit multiple reviews as long as they meet the minimum requirements. The reviews must be unique and not similar to each other. We highly suggest that if you are going to submit multiple reviews that they are customized and not a generic template that you’ve used over and over again. Reviews with the same template, duplicated posts and content will be denied.

What should I do if I don’t receive payment for completed jobs?

You can check your payment history and a summary at any time in the account activity section on Pay Pal. Payments are sent via PayPal at the end of the business day on the same date the review was approved. You should wait until the following day after a review has been approved before contacting us  requesting that you did not receive payment.
